During the mixing process, try to keep the roller temperature of the rubber mixer not exceeding 35℃. When the temperature is high, measures such as air conditioning to control the ambient temperature should be adopted to reduce the mixing temperature. It is recommended that the mixer use chilled water to circulate, and it is recommended to mix a small amount and multiple batches. To prevent the mixing temperature from being too high.
1. It is forbidden to add nitrogen, phosphorus, sulfur, lead, cadmium, polyvinyl, polyacetylene and other substances, because the above substances can poison platinum and fail to achieve the purpose of crosslinking.
2. Certain organic silica gel pigments can also cause platinum poisoning and invalidation and cannot be used. Therefore, when selecting TC-ABF3 vulcanizing agent for production, a small test must be carried out to confirm that it is feasible before use.
3. After mixing the colloid with platinum curing agent, it is recommended to vulcanize and form within 2 to 4 hours to prevent crosslinking at room temperature.
4. When there is hydrogen-containing silicone oil in the silicone rubber, the extruded product will easily produce bubbles and dead rubber particles.
5. Different silicone products, different rubber materials, use different proportions.
6. After opening the lid, please close the lid immediately to prevent moisture in the air from entering the platinum vulcanizing agent. After the lid is closed and sealed, it must be kept in the refrigerator for storage.
