Release Agent
Our position: HOMEPRODUCTRelease Agent
TC-515
TC-515 is a dilutable, water-based fluorine & resin mixed emulsifying release agent. It can be used as a release agent for rubber (silicone) rubber molding or as a release agent, which is more economical than traditional release agents.

TC-515 N/A At the beginning, it will be diluted with water in a ratio of 1:4, after the mold is fixed with a layer of release agent, it can be diluted in a ratio of 1:10 Water 2~3 molds can be demolded each time
1. Clean the mold
2. Heating the mold to make the mold reach 150℃
3. Coat a thin layer on the mold and reheat
4. Step 23 is performed four times in succession until release agent is produced
5. Demoulding (can increase gloss)

TC-515 is a concentrated liquid, which can usually be diluted with water before use. At the beginning, it is recommended to use this product and water at a ratio of 1:4-~1:10. Due to different mold materials, the mold surface roughness is different. The amount of coating and spraying times required for the development of solid release molds also vary with different molds (recommended spraying times 2~5) until After the mold has been formed into a fixed layer of PTFE film, it can be diluted with a higher proportion of water to achieve an excellent release effect. Although TC-515 is a stable emulsifying release agent, precipitation will still occur. Therefore, it is recommended to mix and shake well before use, and shake regularly before use or after dilution. In order to achieve the best results, the release agent must be applied to the clean mold surface. The mold surface must not be stained with grease, wax or dust. All previous residual release agents of other brands must be removed. The method of using this product is spraying, dipping or brushing. In order to let the water volatilize quickly and achieve the desired effect, the mold needs to be preheated to above 100°C. If TC-515 is used for anti-sticking, take advantage of the glue When there is residual temperature, apply the anti-sticking agent and dry naturally. If the rubber material has fallen to room temperature, the anti-sticking agent applied on it needs to be dried separately.
1. Release coating
Will not be transferred to the finished product
    Keep the mold surface clean
Form a colorless, dry and non-oily film coating
    Excellent chemical stability
    Good secondary processing
    No trace of rubber flow
    With multiple release effects
It also has a fairly superior demolding effect for silicone products
2. Anti-sticking agent for raw rubber
Form a colorless, dry and non-oily film coating
Will not be transferred to the finished product
There will be no dust problems like mica powder, talcum powder, etc.
    Economical
    Excellent chemical stability
    main application:
Silicone and general rubber and plastic have good release effect
Papermaking process equipment—rolls blades, dry cans
Anti-sticking coating of raw rubber to replace mica and talc
